You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you request closure and have a positive real-money balance, we will process a final withdrawal to your registered payment method after completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be voided. Real-money deposits may be returned at our discretion after deducting any amounts owed to Akbar Game.
